The Festival Book:

The lectures, plus dedicated talks, will be gathered and published in the book series "Biennial Reviews of the Theory of Magnetized Plasmas" (World Scientific). The first volume, dedicated to "Relaxation Dynamics in Laboratory and Astrophysical Plasmas", can be directly ordered on the Editor's WEB site.

The second volume should be available by July 2013.

The participants are encouraged to acknowledge fruitful discussions at the "Festival de Théorie" in their own publications, whenever it is appropriate.
